Automatic laser machine control is a proven method for dramatically increasing the productivity and accuracy of grading equipment. Material and labor cost savings are added benefits. With the TORNADO F1 Blade Control products, the price of automatic blade control is now more affordable than ever.
Laser blade control is used on construction grading machinery to automatically control the blade in earthmoving and grading applications. It is also used on agricultural land leveling and farm drainage machinery. A BULLSEYE laser receiver is mounted above the cutting edge of the blade. A control box and a hydraulic installation kit are tied into the machine's hydraulic system. Grade information from a rotating laser is processed and automatically directs the machine's hydraulics to maintain the elevation of the blade.
TORNADO F1 Blade Control can be used on most fine grading equipment including dozers, box blades, drag scrapers, and carry-all type scrapers as well as trenchers and drainage plows.

Control Boxes:
The cab mounted CB26 Control Box has 16 on-grade accuracy settings from 0 to 1.5 inches (38 mm). These provide optimum accuracy selections for various types of machinery and jobsite requirements.
The CB26 works with proportional time, proportional current and proportional voltage hydraulic valves.
An entry level model CB24+ control box works with proportional time (bang-bang) valves only and is designed to work with BULLSEYE 3+ receivers for slower moving applications such as trenchers and tile plows.

Receivers:
The BULLSEYE 5+, 5MC, and 6 are designed for proportional automatic machine control applications.
The BULLSEYE 5+ and BULLSEYE 6 additionally can be used as stand alone display receivers on excavating and grading equipment.
